Summer is here and it's a hot one! Puppies & kittens should never go outside (due to lack of vaccinations) but even our older foster pets need lots of inside time in these temps! The Humane Society of El Paso is a private, non-profit animal shelter that does not receive any city, state, or federal funding. We rely on grants, adoption fees, private donations, and fundraising events for all of our operating expenses.
