Shirts for Sharity: Fur Life

Proper Printshop, an El Paso based screen printing company, is working to strengthen the El Paso community. Each month they will be selling t-shirts in support of a local nonprofit, and the HSEP is June's charity! Each of the shirts is $20, and 75% of the revenue from the shirt sales will be donated to help save animals. Proper Printshop is doing their part to help the community, but you need to do your part, too! Support local business and nonprofits and purchase your "Fur Life" Shirt for Sharity!

HSEP "Get's Going!"

A local teacher entered Barnes and Noble's "Get Going Day" contest on a whim, never thinking she would actually become the Grand Prize Winner! As a result, her amazing idea to beautify a section of desert and up-cycle the trash into art has become a reality! Even more exciting, the art will be auctioned off, and local nonprofits who participate will receive a portion of the proceeds. This is an exciting and innovative project, and the HSEP is honored to be a part of it!

Four HSEP long-timers find homes

Whether it takes ten minutes or ten years, animals who find themselves at the Humane Society of El Paso will be here until they find their perfect homes. We always hope for the former, but no matter how long it takes, the HSEP is committed to finding each and every animal a home. On Saturday, March 26th, four of the HSEP's long timers were adopted, which is definitely cause for celebration!

27th Annual K-9 Classic Booth Registration

The HSEP is currently looking for booths for the 27th Annual K-9 Classic! The K-9 Classic is the HSEP's longest running event, and a staple on the community's calendar each Spring. Last year over three hundred dogs attended the event, and they all brought their humans. Don't miss you chance to be a part of one of the largest and most fun events of the year! Having a booth at this event also helps the HSEP continue to save lives! The event will take place on April 24th.

Items the shelter currently needs

As a private nonprofit agency, the HSEP is always in need of donations. At this moment, there are some items we are in great need of. Please help if you can!
