Found a stray pet? Here’s what you can do:
Call 311 to submit a Found Animal Report.
Take the animal to any veterinarian, emergency animal hospital, or El Paso fire department to have the animal scanned for a microchip.
Post the found pet on sites such as Nextdoor, or local lost and found pet pages on Facebook.
Hang flyers around the area where the pet was found; most pets are found less than one mile or two from their home.

El Paso Animal Services’ Pet Pantry allows pet owners to schedule an appointment to receive one free bag of cat or dog food while supplies last. This service is provided through a partnership with El Pasoans Fighting Hunger (EPFH). Please contact EPFH for more details.
AFFORDABLE VETERINARY CARE
El Paso Animal Services provides no-cost pet wellness clinics, spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, and microchipping events throughout the year. Check their website for dates and times.
COMMUNITY CATS
