The HSEP is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and does not receive any funding from the City or County of El Paso, the State of Texas or the federal government. The HSEP is NOT affiliated with any national organization such as the Humane Society of the United States, nor is it a member agency of the United Way of El Paso County.

Donating a car is easy! And so is donating other vehicles. We accept all types of vehicles nationwide — cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, ATVs, and even boats.

All that you will need to provide is the Certificate of Title upon pickup of your donated vehicle.
