Becoming a Humane Society of El Paso sponsor not only contributes to the shelter, but allows your organization show, through example, its dedication to finding fur-ever homes to the displaced animals of our El Paso community.

26th Annual “Be a Star, Save a Life” Telethon KVIA, Channel 7 
Saturday, August 3, 2019 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Superstar $20,000 (1)

  • Telethon title will include and be announced with name of Underwriter in all advertising
  • Acknowledgement in paid advertising for event such as radio, television and press releases
  • Included in approximately 30,000 printed telethon brochures; 20,000 e-newsletters and 10,000 printed annual HSEP newsletters
  • Minimum of (8) 30 second commercials (provided by sponsor) broadcast during telethon
  • Top of the hour sponsor acknowledgement by KVIA (7)

Prize Donor $100 Minimum Value

  • A raffle entry will be entered for every $50 donation made towards the telethon
  • Drawings will be made on air within the last hour of broadcasting
  • Submit donation to scortez@hselpaso.org with prize description and retail value.
  • Recognized in final credit roll

Shelter Vendor $75

  • Onsite at the Humane Society of El Paso from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm day of Telethon
  • Vendors are welcome to pass out information and sell merchandise
  • Opportunity to be included in live segments broadcast from the HSEP shelter

Vendor Booth with intent to sell $45 + $45 due to Gary Del Palacios Recreation Center*

  • *Vendor booths intending to sell are required to have a sales permit and will pay an additional $45 directly to the Gary Del Palacios Recreation Center - 3001 Parkwood St - prior to event.
  • Outlets are available inside the Auxiliary gym for those needing electricity; reservations are made on a first come first serve basis.

We are seeking prizes to give away to our pet contest and fundraising winners. We would also like to present your business with the opportunity to include branded items into the 500 goodie bags that will be given to each participant that registers. All prize donors will be recognized during event.
